the donated vehicles?
We sell them on eBay.com
and use the proceeds to
help us reach inner city
kids in the heart of
Chicago's inner city.
Why are the minimum
bids so low? Are there
problems with the boats?
A low minimum bid
does not indicate a
problem with the boat.
Just as in a live
auction we hope the low
minimums will generate
lots of interest and
encourage competition.
Any problems we are
aware of are noted on
the hull card.
Where do you get
these boats and
vehicles?
People donate them
to help Inner City
Impact for a charitable
tax deduction for fair
market value. It is
often much easier to
donate and
get a tax deduction than
hassle with trying to
sell.
